Welcome to Tampa Bay Watch's Discovery Center Eco-Tours!

Discover the Tampa Bay ecosystem with expert marine science educators! Join us aboard our USCG-certified 45' eco-vessel for family-friendly tours that include wildlife watching, a visit to a local bird sanctuary island, learning about the area's history, and experiencing marine species up close during a fisheries trawl.

Tours average 90 minutes.

Boarding:  400 2nd Ave NE Slip Q47, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 

We will depart from Gate #23 near the entrance to the pier at the downtown St. Petersburg municipal marina. Boarding will begin 10 to 15 minutes prior to departure time.

Please arrive with adequate time to park and walk to the boat. During peak seasons (holidays, spring, & summer), please account for extra time to park as the pier district can become very busy. The boat will leave the slip ON TIME.

Refunds/reschedules will not be issued for arriving late or missing a boat.

We do not have refreshments available on the boat. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks.

I agree to accept full risk and responsibility for my party’s participation in this Eco-Vessel program and agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify Tampa Bay Watch and all employees, agents, directors, or representatives of the organization in their official and individual capacities from all expenses, attorney fees, claims, or liability whatsoever, including claims based upon such defendants own negligence arising from or related to myself, my children, or to my party’s participation in the Tampa Bay Watch Discovery Center Eco Vessel program. I agree that all affiliates of Tampa Bay Watch shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any injuries or damages, be they physical injuries or otherwise, arising out of or resulting from or in any way associated with my party’s participation in the Eco Vessel program. By continuing with registration, I acknowledge that I have carefully read, understand the contents thereof, and agree to this release.

I grant Tampa Bay Watch and its designated partners the right to take photographs and/or video footage of me and my group. I authorize Tampa Bay Watch, its assigns, and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Tampa Bay Watch may use such photographs or videos of me, my child, or my party, with or without my name, and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content. By continuing with registration, I acknowledge that I have carefully read, understand the contents thereof, and agree to this release.
